We are searching for a strategic Director, HR Business Partner and Teammate Experience to proactively and systematically guide all talent decisions while creating a highly engaged culture. Scope and responsibilities: Designs, leads, and executes innovative talent strategies and people processes to align with current and future workforce needs. This position partners closely with field operators, HR Business Partners, and the support center functions to improve the teammate experience and reduce turnover.
Serve as confidant and sounding board to Corporate, Regional Managers and Directors.
Create an implement an employer of choice program utilizing research and team member input to improve morale and turnover.
Develop, prepare, and present metric-driven reports and presentations on key performance indicators for human capital by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to ensure quality and timeliness of HR services provided.
Serve as liaison between the field and Corporate to resolve issues and guide individuals to the best resource for the situation.
Provide recommendations to increase effectiveness and capacity of the team.
Create and deliver training content that elevates our managers level of competency and effectiveness.
Participate in human resource initiatives and projects as assigned.
Ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.
Ability to blend the strategic and aspirational requirements of the role with hands on practicality to complete daily tactical demands.
Responsible for maintaining an ongoing knowledge of the business; ability to represent Deca Dental both internally and externally to vendors and potential candidates.
Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
A track record of driving results by leveraging influence manage skills rather by mandate or authority.
High volume hourly workforce human resources experience.
Minimum 5 years leading a HR function.
Exceptionally high degree of operational orientation and business acumen.
Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence
Project management and change management experience.
Ability to tailor communication style to suit the appropriate audience.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Servant leadership mindset
Ability to organize and direct multiple projects to completion, complete deliverables within deadlines
Proven experience communicating, influencing, and negotiating decisions while motivating staff
Solid business acumen and strategic thinker with excellent grasp of the financial and economic drivers of the overall business.

Education & CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree is a plus
