Answer customer phone inquiries with an upbeat, positive personality
Locate Dental Office closest to customer and live transfer their call to the designated office
Research, locate, and provide information as needed by customer. Escalate unresolved problems
Maintains call center database by entering information
Skills and Attributes and Educational Requirements
Fast and accurate typing with strong basic computer skills
Ability to sit at a computer for long periods and concentrate in an open working environment without distraction
High School Diploma or equivalent
+6 months of customer service or retail sales experience
