Job Duties and Requirements 
  • Answer customer phone inquiries with an upbeat, positive personality
  • Locate Dental Office closest to customer and live transfer their call to the designated office
  • Research, locate, and provide information as needed by customer.  Escalate unresolved problems
  • Maintains call center database by entering information
 
Skills and Attributes and Educational Requirements
  • Fast and accurate typing with strong basic computer skills 
  • Ability to sit at a computer for long periods and concentrate in an open working environment without distraction 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • +6 months of customer service or retail sales experience
